Hero equipment is a major grade lever from TH16, and at TH17 you are juggling about 8 meta-relevant epic pieces (each maxing around level 18) on top of your heroes (Barbarian King 100, Archer Queen 100, Grand Warden 75, Royal Champion 50, Minion Prince 60, Dragon Duke 30). The equipment that matters most is the set that powers your actual attack — not every piece equally.
